where as the rating revels that the handicapper has made 13points 6.5kg up for its win.
where as you say only 2.5kg up, can you explain, if it is fine with you

Sorry for delay post of your query.
Regarding Dreamliner it is on promotion the level of weight base on all calculation towards Promotion with previous run according is 2.5kg up. It was tracking well after that run. I was little bit confident with this runner such that Explanation was in strong note.
