Frankly Speaking, I have not understand your query, Still like to attempt it with one example of today race card.
In Second Race Mathaiys with 49kg is Ridden by Jockey Srinath whose weight is 55kg , now Saddleup weight will be {49-55 = + 6kg}
If Jockey Trevor {51kg} Riding with Same Horse {Mathaiys} with 49kg than Saddle weight will be {49-51 = +2kg)
